On Thursday afternoon, new Northern Illinois football coach Jerry Kill broke bread with the Chicago media at Harry Caray’s restaurant in Chicago. Kill couldn’t help but think back to when he was hired a few months earlier. “The last time I was here, I was taking the job,” Kill said.
